BPWHK’s Mind, Body & Soul series presents: Mental Health First Aid with Valencia Myint, Mental Health Counselor and Founder of www.confidein.care.

FREE for BPWHK members and friends, this 2nd workshop of the MBS series will cover the First Aid techniques in Mental Health, how to assist others who are experiencing a mental health crisis or having a developing mental health problem before professional help is sought.

BPWHK will celebrate our 5th birthday on 10th Oct. It is also World Mental Health Day, which ties closely to our theme of Self Love & Self Empowerment!
