BPWHK’s 5th Anniversary: A high tea celebration for wellness

BPWHK will celebrate our 5th birthday on 10th Oct. It is also World Mental Health Day, which ties closely to our theme of Self Love & Self Empowerment! We are inviting you to a special afternoon tea at W Hotels KITCHEN on 6/F at 3pm on 10th Oct.

Speakers from our #MindBodySoul mental health awareness program will be joining us and share top tips for wellness:
